Posted by 各位相关的朋友， 自从Yi 之声 前两天推出蒙郡听众朋友的投稿， 这份投稿是关于蒙郡学区重新划分的问题的。 投稿播出后， 我们收到了一些听/观众朋友的反馈。 这些反馈主要是认为， 这份投稿中关于Crown 高中的预算计划的说法和事实有出入， 反对者认为， Crown 高中的预算计划 已经有了， 他们还发来了一张关于该校预算计划的一张图片， 请见下面：
基于以上争论， 我们和原投稿者取得了联系以获得澄清。 原投稿者， 也是蒙郡华裔居民， 在经过一番再次验证后， 她们给我们发来了如下信息， 请听/观众朋友们读一下：
关于Crown HS, 请注意以下两点：
- According to the county website

“An FY 2019 appropriation was requested to begin planning this new high school. Due to fiscal constraints, the County Council approved a one-year delay for this project. An FY 2020 appropriation is requested for planning funds. “
County approved a one-year delay 也在那张照片的Project Description 中标注出来了（请看上图照片）我们说到目前为止Crown 还没有预算，与那个照片的信息并不矛盾。而且进一步讲，虽然FY2020 已有request， 但是不表示county approval or no more delays.
2. According to a northwest cluster school representative,
“So basically every other year is an “on” year for funding capital projects like new schools. This fall (FY2020) is an on year so if Crown is to move forward then funds must be approved to begin formal planning. There are so many HS projects in the works now but they say they are serious about starting it. Problem is at any step of the way they can delay it. I would think it will be at least 8-10 years till it would really be completed. That is too long for NWHS to get relief.“
County 每隔一年就做一次计划，很多学校项目都在被讨论中,不一定都会move forward. 而且，根据以往例如Seneca valley HS 的经验，从最初讨论到动工花了很多年，其中的每一步都有可能因各种原因而推迟。
基于以上因素，我们说Crown HS 在十年内不大可能解决NWHS 超员问题。
这里就又回到Yi 之声， 我们认为， 原投稿者的主要目的是希望在蒙郡学区再划的过程中， 促进华裔选择最有利于华裔的第5选项， 所以我们期望， 一切争论， 都请不要离开这一主题。
