战争往往有正义和非正义的区分。当然，也有一些战争是公说公有理、婆说婆有理，难以区分的。
１９４３年１１月间，乌克兰的首府基辅发生了一场战争，交战双方分别是苏联红军的乌克兰第一、第二方面军，另一方则是纳粹德国的曼斯坦因南方集团军。后者是侵占了当时属于苏联的乌克兰，因而被多数人视为非正义的一方；而前者是打过来驱逐后者的，因而被多数人视为正义的一方。
２０２２年２月下旬， 基辅又爆发了战争。这一次， 交战双方是俄罗斯军队和乌克兰军队以及自发参战的乌克兰百姓。这一次，双方角色发生了变化。俄罗斯军队变成了当年德军的角色，而乌克兰方面则变成了当年苏军的角色。
现在，战火还没有熄灭， 有听众推荐了一位笔名叫＂山琳－寅兮＂女士所写的诗＜＜致俄罗斯年轻的士兵＞＞。她的中文稿您可以用诗的名字在网上搜寻到，在微信中也多有流传。我们把这诗翻译成了英文，个别字句有增减。这里就贴出英文译稿如下：
