由 Yi-Radio《Yi之声广播》 主办、美中实验学校协办的 YouthTalks 小记者培训系列 正式进入报名倒计时。报名截止日期为2026年8月5日，欢迎热爱新闻采访、媒体传播、公共表达及跨文化交流的青少年积极报名，把握最后机会加入 YouthTalks 小记者团队。
本次培训将于 8月16日（星期日）晚6:30（Zoom） 举行，由资深媒体人薛祎主讲。培训内容涵盖采访技巧、新闻报道、新闻写作、视频拍摄、文化观察及交流分享等实用技能，帮助参与者提升采访能力、沟通表达能力和团队合作能力，为未来参与媒体实践和国际文化交流奠定坚实基础。
完成培训后，参与者将有机会加入 YouthTalks 小记者团队，参与第24届华盛顿中国文化节 的采访与报道工作，在真实的文化活动中学习采访、记录故事、传播中华文化，并与来自不同文化背景的朋友开展交流。
YouthTalks 希望通过媒体实践，为青少年提供一个展示自我、锻炼领导力和拓展国际视野的平台，让更多年轻人用自己的声音讲述真实故事，用青春视角连接不同文化。

Registration Closing Soon for YouthTalks Youth Reporter Training
Apply by August 5!
Registration for the YouthTalks Youth Reporter Training Series, organized by Yi-Radio and co-organized by the American Chinese School, is entering its final days. The registration deadline is August 5, 2026. Young people who are interested in journalism, media, public speaking, and cross-cultural communication are encouraged to apply before registration closes.
The online training will be held on Sunday, August 16, at 6:30 PM (Eastern Time) via Zoom, and will be led by veteran media professional Yi Xue. Participants will receive practical training in interviewing, news reporting, story writing, video production, cultural observation, and effective communication. The program is designed to strengthen communication skills, reporting techniques, teamwork, and confidence through hands-on learning.
After completing the training, participants will have the opportunity to join the YouthTalks Youth Reporter Team and take part in media coverage of the 24th Washington Chinese Cultural Festival. They will gain real-world reporting experience by interviewing guests, documenting cultural activities, sharing stories, and promoting cultural understanding through youth perspectives.
YouthTalks is committed to empowering young people with meaningful media experiences, encouraging leadership, creativity, and global awareness while connecting cultures through authentic storytelling.
